Donors

Corporate and Individual Sponsorship: JSSF will be seeking corporate funding from within and outside of the Hispanic-American Community. Individuals can become part of this group by donating at the following three sponsor levels:

$5000 - Benefactor Level Sponsor:  The Benefactor has Naming rights (name the scholarship in your corporate or individual name); Special recognition of donation in email to JSSF members, online logo placement (including on JSSFs scholarship Web Page and Facebook pages), and special mention at any JSSF event.

$2500 - Signature Level Sponsor: A sponsor at the signature level would have their company’s logo placed at JSSF Web Site and Facebook Page; or their name added to the roster of Signature Level Sponsors. A special recognition of your donation will be made in emails to JSSF members.

$1000 - Select Level Sponsor: online listing and name recognition on JSSF Foundation's scholarship web page and Facebook pages.

Individual Donations & Sustainers' Circle Donations (Recurrent Donations) starting at:

  • $25 $50 $75 $100 $250

What your Monthly donation or One Time donation provides:

  • $25 monthly ($300/yr) covers 54% of a credit ($560.00) for a Law Student
  • $50 monthly ($600/yr) covers 100% of a credit for a Law Student.
  • $75 monthly ($900/yr) covers 28.4% of a semester for a Law Student
  • $100 monthly ($1.200/ covers 38.0% of a semester for a Law Student
  • $250 monthly ($3,000/yr) covers one semester for a Law Student

Please note that the above tuition fees are based on City and State College tuition of approximately $560.00 per credit and $3,165 per semester. Scholarship funds are transferred from The Jessica Seminario-Stieglmayr Foundation directly to the educational institutions.

Join JSSF Sustainers’ Circle – Monthly Giving by the Hispanic-American Community to help students of Hispanic descent that are having financial difficulties to finish their Law studies and to encourage study of the Law among Hispanic-Americans. Our scholarships are awarded on the basis of academic excellence, financial need, and commitment to community service.

JSSF Foundation is a tax-exempt, non-profit organization under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. As such, all donations to The Jessica Seminario-Stieglmayr Foundation (JSSF) are tax-deductible.

Mentorship Program

Our mentorship program’s purpose is to assist law students and new attorneys in meeting, networking and learning from experienced attorneys. We’re seeking mentors to become part of The Jessica’s Law Fund Mentorship Program.

Mentorship Program Application

JSSF is actively seeking established attorney for its Mentorship Program. The following is the criteria:

Mentors

  • You should be a practicing attorney in the State of New York in good standing with NY bar and have at least three years legal experience.

To be a mentee:

  • You should be a current Third year law student.
