UPCOMING SERVING OPPORUNITIES
Our own Leroy Smith will be the guest speaker at "The Bridge" worship service for ex-offenders in our community. The event, and Leroy's talk, will take place on Monday, May 1st, from 6 pm - 8 pm, at Brookside Community church, located at 1035 N. Olney St., Indianapolis, IN 46201. Unto Him is partnering with Operation Leftover to serve the downtown Indianapolis homeless population by providing them with encouragement and disseminating various items of need to them on the 3rd Thursdays of every month, unless notified otherwise (the May 2017 serving will actually take place on May 11th, which is the 2nd Thursday), starting at 6:30 pm. Volunteers will always meet at St. John the Evangelist church at 6:30 pm (again, unless notified otherwise). The church is located at 126 W. Georgia St., Indianapolis 46225 - (317) 635-2021.
