Standing Seam Profiles
Once installed, its dramatic shadow lines run continuously from ridge to eave, accenting the pitch and plane of every roof angle.

Residential 1” Snaplock Profile
- 3:12 or greater pitch
- Easy to install, no special tools needed
- Snaplock hidden fastener design
- Prepunched nail holes to allow for thermal movement
- Architecturally tested for fire, uplift and impact
- Special trim first method. Weather lock design
- Install over solid decking with underlayment
- 26-gauge galvanized grade 50 steel
- Full roof coverage or architectural accents
Mechanical 1” or 2” Seam Profile
- ½:12 pitch or greater
- Mechanically seamed for low slope commercial roofs
- Greater wind and water resistance
- External floating clips allow for thermal movement
- Architecturally tested for fire, uplift, impact and water infiltration
- Installed on decking or open framing
- 24-gauge galvanized grade 50 steel or AZ55 grade 5 galvalume
- Full roof coverage or architectural accents

COIL PROCESSING
Klauer Metal Processing supplies steel and galvalume coil in various colors, widths, and gauges for contractors who own a rollform machine. Trim accessories or flat stock can also be purchased in matching colors. KMP can also custom bend to fit any project. We also have a seamless portable gutter machine for 5͟ or 6͟ steel or aluminum in matching colors.
