Principals and Qualifications
Eastern Shore Contracting was created by the president Angelique Attard in 2018. Angelique has been in the construction industry since 2002. With over 15 years of experience in both Commercial and Residential construction. She has worked diligently in estimating, project management & accounting giving her the knowledge on how to properly operate Eastern Shore & Contracting.
Eastern Shore Contracting has many different subcontractors that work for the company all with over ten years of experience and knowledge of the industry. All of Eastern Shore Contracting contractors are licensed and insured.

The goal of opening Eastern Shore Contracting is to provide every employee and subcontractor a long term financial security that can be passed on to the next generation of our families. Creating a company with a rewarding income for every employee and a reputation for being one of the best places to work and one of the best places to have your work done.
Organizational Plan
Eastern Shore Contracting is a contracting company made up of 1 owner, tiered employees and sub-contractors. The goal is to grow from 1-5 1099 employees to an office staff, estimating and supplement team, sales teams & many installation managers and crews. This is new and growing business with many opportunities of growth.
Marketing and Sales
There are many ways to accomplish the economic goals set for Eastern Shore Contracting. The company is designed to work with homeowners, architects, business owners and other contractors as a sub-contractor.
Sales can come from self generated leads, cold calling, door to door sales, insurance company leads, advertising and marketing as well as bids sent to us from the contractors and architects that Eastern Shore Contracting has established relationships with.
