Energy healing works for people of all ages who are afflicted with physical, mental, and emotional conditions that affect their daily lives.
Michael is a gifted individual who has spent his adult life searching for and locating sources to explain why and how his abilities work. He earned postgraduate degree level education in Psychology as well as Quantum Physics. Michael sought education and training in an effort to first explain, then perfect his natural energy healing abilities. His education continues. Michael has been using his gift for many years and has successfully helped many high-profile clients, as well as friends and family members; an overwhelming majority of whom have benefitted from his energy healing work.

Michael travels and hosts clients in his Southern Arizona home office. He is also able to successfully connect electronically, using common video communications apps.

Michael links through intense meditation and movement of energy. You will sometimes feel tingling, tremors, and warmth throughout your body. He then moves the energy through your body seeking the areas where the body needs it. Your body knows where it needs the energy, feeling the energy in alternate places from where your conscious thinks you should be feeling it, is normal. If you are able to meditate and quiet your own mind is a help, but not always required. Of course, anything you can do to assist the process is a plus.
This is unfortunately the most common question. Most try as a last resort when they have exhausted all Western medical and other options. Energy healing should be applied as soon as you become aware that something is not right. Multiple sessions may be required to heal both body and spirit, though many have one session and report resolution of their conditions. Disease and Illness are very stressful, and high stress reduces your body’s ability to adequately resolve various issues.
If you wish to make your session the most productive, calming and clearing your mind is important.
A simple meditation is presented here for those who are new to it.
Breath count calming meditation
Get in a comfortable position, either lying down or in a comfortable chair. The cross-legged Lotus position is not necessary for success.
Slowly take a breath in, and hold it for 2-3 seconds, then exhale. This is breath number one. Continue to be conscious of your breathing, in the same manner, and count each breath.
You may experience random thoughts, just allow them to pass through your mind and continue to breathe and count your breaths. Do not think if you can’t maintain your quiet mind, you are a failure. Everyone learning to meditate has these problems in the beginning. It can take practice so don’t beat yourself up if you can’t focus immediately. Take your time, push the thoughts out as they appear, and continue to count your breaths.
Grounding is a process of drawing in good energy, and the emotional responses coming with it. It will remove the negative emotions and thoughts from your mind, once it is calmed enough to recognize them.
Starting from the point of breath number 25-30 in the meditation above, imagine a white light coming from the center of the earth, through your feet, and progressing up to your legs to your head. Some find it easier to imagine pulling the energy up your body on the inhale and holding it in place on the exhale.
This is not always easy for everyone, and like all exercise requires practice. You can do it, and once you understand it becomes easy.
Once the energy is completely covering your body, and in your mind, you are one continuous white light. Gather all the negative thoughts and emotions and push them down the white light to the earth's center. Do this as many times as necessary to calm your mind.
At this point, you can feel the positive emotions in your mind and body. Pull more of the energy up into your body and allow it to run where your body needs it.
This is a very helpful meditation and grounding and allows an easy linking between yourself and Michael.
