Annual Comprehensive Medication Review (CMR)

A CMR is an interactive, person-to-person or telehealth medication review and consultation of a patients medications (including prescriptions, over-the-counter (OTC) medications, herbal therapies, and dietary supplements) by a pharmacist or qualified provider. The CMR is intended to aid in assessing medication therapy and optimizing patient outcomes.

Our team will work with your family doctor, primary care physician, or specialist monthly, and give you updates each month if there are any changes made to your medication history.
