Belton J. Didier is Founder and President of Didier Consultants, formerly Louisiana Sales Tax Consultants. Previously a field auditor and supervisor for the Louisiana Department of Revenue and Taxation, he has served as past chairman of the Tax Council for the Louisiana Association of Business and Industry (LABI) and as a member of the board of directors. He is a featured speaker for several national education and training programs focusing on sales and use tax and is a member of the Louisiana Association of Tax Administrators (LATA), Louisiana Chemical Industrial Alliance (LCIA) and the Institute for Professionals in Taxation (IPT). David W. Stevens

David Stevens is CFO and Director of Consulting for Didier Consultants. He has over 28 years of State and Local Tax (SALT) experience serving clients in a broad range of industries including manufacturing, oil and gas, healthcare and construction. Dare Powers is Director of Tax Incentive Programs at Didier Consultants. She has 17 years of experience working with businesses to proactively identify opportunities that are available through state and local tax incentive programs. She and her team specialize in helping companies meet the requirements of and streamline administration of programs, while ensuring that maximum benefits are received. Rhonda Boatner is Director of Account Management at Didier Consultants and has over 15 years of service with Didier. He has been with the company for over 5 years, providing state and local tax services to clients in a variety of business classifications. His previous private sector employment was as a tax specialist for a major chemical company, and his public sector positions include principle with a contract audit firm, sales tax director for West Baton Rouge Parish and area audit manager for the Lafayette District with the Louisiana Department of Revenue and Taxation. Hulin is a frequent speaker on sales and use tax issues and is a member of the Louisiana Association of Tax Administrators (LATA) and of Institute for Professionals in Taxation (IPT). Erin Hebert Paille

She has been with the company for over 15 years and has over 15 years of experience in the sales/use tax audit field. Her responsibilities comprise the review of investment benefit options for all of Didier’s . Quality Jobs and Enterprise Zone clients. Prior to working with Didier, she worked for a major plastics plant in Baton Rouge as a general ledger accountant and with the Louisiana Department of Revenue as a sales/use tax field auditor.
