Q. Can the All Car Lift lift my complete car?
A. The All Car Lift is designed for "frame off " restorations, and will safely lift the vehicle's body off of the frame. It is not designed to lift a complete car.
Q. Will the All Car Lift work on my car (truck)?
A. The majority of stock and custom vehicle bodies will work with the All Car Lift. Contact us with specific questions or concerns.
Q. Will the All Car Lift work on uni-body cars?
A. Yes - if you can safely lift the uni-body, the All Car Lift Top Rails support the vehicle body transversally in the front and in the rear of the vehicle (near the wheel wells).
Q. What is the weight that the All Car Lift can support?
A. The All Car Lift will safely support approximately 2,000 pounds, evenly distributed. The average vehicle body weighs approximately 700 pounds.
Q. How long can I leave my car's body on the All Car Lift?
A. The All Car Lift can support the weight of a vehicle body for extended periods of time. Be sure to lower the All Car Lift's jacks to their bottom position, and ensure the Release Valve Lever is locked when not in use.
