Final Touch Delivery Service was created in 2005 to deliver furniture for a major client in the Chicagoland area. Our company covered the Chicago market with 5 trucks and today, 13 years later, we are 50 trucks in multiple cities for the same client brand. Here are a few notes on all the areas that we support. Today we support our client and their franchise dealers in 20 cities. We look forward to opening new markets in new areas.

Over the past twenty-five years I have kept close to the drivers in our industry and with the training that I have received from the great carrier companies I have worked for, I have enhanced a training program for our teams that is second to none. With the implementation of our best practices and the understanding of the commitment needed to each retailer, we are the new standard in which all delivery contractors should be measured to.

Dave has worked his entire career in the retail delivery industry. He has a knack for customer service and client needs. Dave is truly the hands-on leader of our company, he has earned the respect of our clients that we do business with. Dave has a reputation for quick action if needed, but he is better at planning and setting up the day for our success. Dave is a calm strong figure that our work force will respect and follow his lead. Dave has been with our company since day 1, his leadership has set the tone for our success.

James Rodriguez

James brings a dedicated work ethic to our company. James is attentive to our client needs and understands what FTDS Inc. needs to be a complete partner to your business. James will be the voice of our company as we grow multiple locations. James will play a key role in developing new operations, compliance, and communicate daily with our clients reviewing billing, claims management, and overall satisfaction of our delivery partners. James will introduce new training methods to our delivery associates that will set us apart from other last mile logistics companies.
