We have just totally refurbished it with a new kitchen (with granite counter tops), and brand new appliances as well as all new kitchen accessories. New baths, furniture, paint, and much more, decorated in a coastal style all on beautiful French Parfeuille clay tile. THE HOUSE IS LIKE BRAND NEW !!!!!!

It is super comfortable and functional, with 2 beds and 1.5 baths downstairs and a huge upstairs bedroom with its own bath. All bedrooms are air conditioned and all beds have brand new mattresses and bedding. All linens are provided with the exception of beach towels.
There is plenty of square footage, decking, and yard space with outside lighting to feel right at home. You will love the salt water pool as well as the view of it from the house. The pool is surrounded by a mix of red wood decking and clay tile, and flowers galore. We have a huge back yard where you can get back to nature.

You'll be able relax and get away from it all in the open, airy floor plan as you walk out onto the huge terrace with hammocks, lounge chairs, the dining area, and comfortable seating, then down the wide staircase to the spacious pool area, complete with outside shower for when you get back from the beach.
