Our current project, The Lofts on Adams, is the renovation of an all brick building built in 1885, originally known as One Courthouse Block, due to it’s adjacent location to the Lucas County Court House. The Lofts on Adams will have 5 unique loft units ranging from 1226 to 1985 square feet. There will be a combination of single story and multiple story units consisting of 2 and 3 bedroom lofts. Each unit will have it’s own distinct “style and design” to emphasize its location and historical accents.
