If you are ready to make a deposit for your scheduled cosmetic surgery with Dr. Earl Brewster please read the following.

• $500 Nonrefundable deposit is required to book/reserve your scheduled surgery date.
• Please make sure your medical health questionnaire has been answered and sent back to Brewsterbblcosmetic@Gmail.com before any deposit of funds are made.
• If your surgery is NOT paid in full within (7) days of your scheduled surgery date. It must and will need to be rescheduled.
• If surgery is canceled due to any reason pertaining to noncompliance of rules or regulations, a 60% of any funds deposited will NOT be refunded.
• If for any reason scheduled surgery date is requested to be changed. There will be NO charge and any deposits already made will follow to new scheduled surgery date.
• Please note our policy rules applies for all or any payments made with Cash, Credit, Debit, or with Care Credit.
