Herschel has over 10 years of experience as a Certified ESD Commissioner through SAFE-D, along with his team they are willing to provide you with all the knowledge, legal requirements, and safety precautions to ensure that your Emergency Service District is up to par with The Texas Health and Safety Code Chapter 775.
