SPEAKING ENGAGEMENT
Sarita Wesley, Ph.D., LMSW has always tried to learn from her experiences on her path to enhancing her leadership skills as a collegiate athletic, to working in the non-profit and profit sectors, and teaching various leadership and management courses to students over the past ten years at various universities.
While teaching Dr. Wesley recognized that, when asked, most students sought a higher degree so they could move up in their current company or progress their professional career in general. However, she also recognized that many students had not has type of leadership or managerial training to help prepare them to be successful in a new position.
Over her professional tenure Dr. Wesley struggled to overcome sexism, and racism, but learned and continues to learn how to keep going even when feeling defeated.
The knowledge ascertained is shared in Step Up Your Game. Dr. Wesley provides insight, encouragement, and steps to help you tackle self- doubt or any other challenge you may face to ultimately grow your leadership skills.
