The Process
- Test patients that are already coming in for a scheduled visit.
- During exam process chose a patient you would like to rule out any health risk
- Write the order and send patient to room being used for testing
After Testing
- The patient can be given the patient Wellness report to take home
- The report gives suggestions on what the patient can do to improve their health
- Schedule the patient for an in-office or telehealth visit to review the test results (billable)
- For the office or telehealth visit, the summary on page two makes this very easy
- Bill for testing the day of the test or the next day.
- You should be paid in about 21 days
- You pay us in 30 days for the test with the credit card on file
Benefit to your patient
Patients benefit from identifying risk early so action can be taken to reduce or eliminate the risk. If the patient follows the recommendations, a follow-up test can be done in 3 – 6 months to evaluate the change. It is always a good idea to evaluate patients on a yearly basis to identify changes from the previous year.
