Dr. Zavier Ash
Dr. Zavier Ash is the Medical Director of Crosslinks Family Practice founded in 2003. After graduating from Morehouse College in Atlanta GA in 1991 with a Bachelors of Science in Biology, he went on to complete medical school at MeHarry Medical College in Nashville Tennessee in 1996, graduating with honors and a Doctorate of Medicine. After completing medical school Dr. Ash attended East Carolina University in Greenville North Carolina where he focused in Family Practice and OB-GYN. Dr. Ash is a member of the American Academies of Family Practice as well as the American Medical Association.
His clinical interests include: preventive and wellness examinations, osteoporosis, weight loss and obesity, Diabetes and other endocrine disorders, Cardiovascular and, Women's Health, Insomnia, Holistic medicine, Pulmonary and Musculoskeletal disorders. He is a certified by the FMCSA to perform DOT physical exams and is also a Civil Surgeon with the US Department of Homeland Security for the Department of Citizenship and Immigration Services.
Dr. Ash is married and is the proud father of six children. Away from the office you will find him out enjoying the great outdoors, fishing, kayaking or mowing the grass. He enjoys being home spending time with his family and his farm animals.
He is currently researching and building an aquaponics system promoting a greener and more sustainable food source. He also enjoys a good game of chess!
Sarah Dunphy
Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner joined the Crosslinks Family Practice Team in February of 2020. She is a native of Ohio, prior to joining the team she worked as a hospitalist nurse practitioner. She graduated Cum Laude with her Bachelors of Science in Nursing from Otterbein University in 2013. She then went on to obtain her Masters of Science in Nursing with an Adult-Gerontology Primary Care specialty as The Ohio State University. She is passionate about building lasting relationships with her patients working on shared goals in healthcare promotion. In her spare time, you will likely find her hiking with her husband and dog.
Savonia Grant
Savonia Grant FNP-C was born in Charleston, SC, however, raised in New York City, she completed her bachelor’s in nursing and master’s degree in family nurse practitioner from South University located in Savannah, Georgia. Her background is critical care, emergency medicine, med-surg, ambulatory surgery as well as family medicine and urgent care to name a few. She has been in the medical field for more than 25 years and received certification in both emergency medicine and critical care.
Her passions are dancing, bowling, exercising and entertaining young people. She is a divorcee parent of four young adults. As far as goals before leaving this earth she wants to participate in humanity work in third world countries, support the drive to end homelessness, assist battered women and abused children.
Latarsha Jones
Mrs. Latarsha Jones is a proud graduate of Howard University, Washington DC. She is passionate about helping to educate and caring for her patients. Mrs. Jones practices holistic therapy and focuses on the mind, body, and spirit. With more than 25 years of physical therapy experience, she specializes in chronic pain. She is a firm believer that patient education is the key to being healthy and that most people who can't heal were never informed of the root cause of their problem.
Mrs. Jones is the proud mother of two wonderful children.

Alicia Ash, MBA
Alicia Ash is the CEO and Practice Administrator of Crosslinks Family Practice since it was founded in 2003. She is a skilled professional with a diverse business, legal and medical background. She graduated from Georgia State University in Atlanta Georgia in 2000. In a "former life" Alicia spent several years as an allied health professional specializing in physical therapy and sports medicine. When Alicia isn't busy with running the practice she is busy with homeschooling her children. She enjoys movies, knitting, vacationing, and lounging at the beach with her family
