G.P.E.T. I.A.E.

I.A.E. Goals

The I.A.E. accomplishes its goals by remaining small enough to be able to offer highly personalized services to our international candidates and educational institutions, multi-national business, and government organizations we accept as clients. We screen candidates carefully, we limit the number of candidates we register and we limit the number of consulting assignments we will accept at any given time.

Note: When developing our programs and services, the I.A.E. will strictly adhere to our adopted Conflict of Interest policy to remain in compliance with our exempt status, while developing our board, programs/services and collaborative partners.

The I.A.E. will build our programs on the foundation of a host of community resources, relationships and partnerships with local nonprofit organizations, schools, and businesses, in order to increase resources and eliminate replication of services. The strength of our programs will also depend on strong relationships with volunteer tutors and mentors. When choosing collaborative partners and developing programs, the I.A.E. will adhere to our adopted Conflict of Interest Policy and the IRS’s exempt organization guidelines. Additionally, when deciding on salaries for staff and consultants, we will take direction from the Board of Directors, while following the guidelines established in our Conflict of Interest policy.

I.A.E. goals are threefold:

  1. To assist highly qualified and carefully screened international teachers, administrators and interns to obtain employment positions with an educational institution, multi-national business or government organizations throughout the Americas.
  2. To help educational institutions, multi-national business and government organizations find the best available international teaching and administrative talent.
  3. To assist educational institutions, multi-national business and government organizations in a variety of areas including administrative searches, governance, crisis intervention, school planning and design, and curriculum, instruction and post secondary counseling for students.
