AccuFund Accounting Suite for Government

Designed to include most of the key features nonprofits need, the AccuFund Accounting Suite includes the general ledger, accounts payable, cash management, cash receipts, bank reconciliation, forms reporting, and financial statement reporting.

Utility Billing

This module tracks your billing by service location to facilitate customer changes. An unlimited number of meters, charges and location notes can be attached to any service location.

Charges are individually tracked for proper application of customer payments.

Fees, Taxes & Licenses

The AccuFund Fees, Taxes and Licenses component tracks fees collected, licenses issued and sales and other taxes collected.

Property Tax

The AccuFund Property Tax module provides all functions related to the levy and collection of property taxes.

Purchasing/Inventory

Payroll

This module tracks detailed timesheets for each employee for each payroll period, including earnings distributed by department or project, pre-tax deductions, taxes, post-tax deductions, nonpayroll earnings, employer costs and accruals.

Human Resources

This module can manage extensive information about employees and is tightly linked with the payroll module. Capabilities include EEO reporting, educational summaries, required document tracking, disciplinary actions, and certifications.

Requisitions

This module flows requests for purchases from the initial requester through all approval stages electronically. The electronic routing system lets you comment on and return requests, track histories, and create reports at any stage of the requisition process.
